Air Fryer Orange Chicken

1 Cup BBQ Sauce Sweet Baby Ray's1 Cup Sweet Orange Marmalade
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
Crispy Chicken Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Flour
Spray Vegetable/Olive/Canola Oil
First chop all your chicken up into cubes. Coat in the egg and then the flour. Place the cut up chicken in the freezer on waxed paper for about 20-30 minutes.
In a saucepan combine the BBQ Sauce, Marmalade and Soy Sauce. Bring to a boil and then let it simmer on low heat.
Pull your chicken out of the freezer and throw it in the air fryer. Take your spray oil and give it an even coat.
Cook it for about 7-10 minutes checking periodically to make sure it’s cooking evenly.
After all your chicken is cooked combine with the sauce.
As far as rice I used a mix of frozen and raw and combined both after I cooked them separately!
